Shipping & Returns

Shipping
Most items we sell are shipped via FedEx. However occasionally we do use other methods like UPS and USPS for shipping. Items are most items are shipped via FedEx Ground or Home Delivery. Items are delivered with no signature required unless requested for in the comments field by the customer. Occasionally FedEX will automatically require signature on more expensive items. There may be additional charges on the buyer part if items need to be rerouted once shipped. We are not responsible for items left by FedEx without a signature. Shipping typically takes 2-7 days as stated in the shopping cart this is simply an estimate and shipping on some items may take longer.

Larger items such as heaters and large bundled orders may be shipped via Freight Carrier. You will be notified of your tracking number. It is your responsibility to contact the Freight Carrier and schedule your delivery. The Freight Carrier is contracted for curbside delivery. It is your responsibility to move products once delivered.

Warranty
H2O Pool Products does not sell any used or refurbished products. All products are new and come with a full manufacturer warranty. In the unlikely event you feel you have a defective product; please refer to the warranty information packaged with your product. Feel free to contact us by email if you require assistance. If the warranty involves shipping to the manufacturer for repair, the purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs.

H2O Pool Products does not express or imply any warranty. All warranties are through the manufacturer. H2O Pool Products expressly disclaims liability for any injury, or damage of any kind arising from the use or inability to use any item we sell. Our only obligation is to replace an item that is delivered defective, and that obligation is limited.

Cancellations
Once H2O Pool Products ships an order it can not be canceled. We incur shipping costs after pickup which the buyer is responsible for. There are no exceptions. To avoid charges it is the buyer's responsibility to contact H2O Pool Products immediately following mistakes made during checkout. All cancellation requests MUST be sent to cancellations@h2opoolproducts.com. We can not guarantee cancellations sent to our general mailbox.

Returns
Returns of non-defective (unused and un-installed) merchandise to H2O Pool Products are permitted within 30 days of invoice date with prior approval. Items must be in original packaging and in resellable condition.

Returns to H2O Pool Products must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Please email us to obtain a return form and return approval number prior to ALL returns. All returns MUST be accompanied by a return form and return approval number. Items returned without a return form and return approval number will be refused. Return approval numbers are item specific and are only good for the item they were issued to. The returned item must match the item authorized for return. Returned merchandise must new, uninstalled, unused and in the original packaging. Items must be in re-sellable condition and include all literature, warranty cards etc.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. A restocking fee of 25% will be applied on all returned orders. Special order products may only be returned if damage occurs during shipping. Special orders can not be returned for refund. They can only be replaced. H2O Pool Products will credit buyer's account for the full amount of the returned item less all applicable charges. Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited to your account.

All returns must be sent via UPS or Federal Express. We suggest you insure your returns. H2O Pool Products is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in shipment.

At H2O Pool Products we pride ourselves in providing the highest quality pool supplies at the lowest possible prices. We however reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Possession of printed material downloaded from our website does not constitute a binding agreement. Customers are frequently notified prior to completing their order to confirm information and correct pricing errors such as sales tax omissions for California shipment destinations.
