Need to Cancel an Order?
There is no fee for cancelling an order prior to shipment. If you would like to cancel an order you must select Returns & Cancellations from the drop down menu above. Be sure to include your phone number and your order number. Cancellations sent to any other department may not be recognized. Once an order has entered into the shipping process shipping costs will apply. Some itmes will have a 24 hour lag in being moved from processing to shipped. Even though your order status may not show your order as shipped sometimes it already has. If you need to cancel an order do so as quickly as possible in order to avoid any additional charges.

Need to Return an Order?
Returns are NOT accepted at the address listed above. Returns sent to this address will be refused and credit will not be issued. If you have an order you would like to return, please contact us using this form. Be sure to select "cancellations & returns" from the drop down menu. Once we reveive your request will will issue you a return authorizaition and shipping instructions.

What no phone numbers?
If you have questions, challenges, whatever, we want a record of what happened. There are no records in a phone conversation. When we communicate with you we prefer e-mail as that makes a permanant record of our communication and yours. We do this for your protection, and ours. That said, yes we can be reached by phone at 714-685-8502. We are a small family owned business and in order to keep our prices low we do not employ a call center. When things get busy we work the orders first, then the e-mail and finally the phone messages.
